Hilary RW Johnson
Hilary Richard Wright Johnson ( June 1, 1837 , † 1901 ) was the eleventh President of Liberia and in office from 1884 to 1892.
His parents were of American descent. He was the first Liberian president to be born in Africa. He was elected president four times.
