Hildegund Driver

Hildegundreiber (* 1959 ) is a German church musician, harpsichordist and organist .

Live and act

Hildegundreiber studied organ with Jon Laukvik at the State University for Music and Performing Arts in Stuttgart . She then studied harpsichord at the University of Cologne . With further studies at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis in Basel, she deepened her knowledge in the field of historical performance practice and interpretation.

Hildegundreiber works as an organist and harpsichordist in Stuttgart and is harpsichord and organ accompanist for soloists (especially for recorder and trumpet). Her activities include concerts mainly in southern Germany and a teaching position at the Stuttgart University of Music. She is also a music teacher and choir director at the Friedrich-von-Alberti-Gymnasium in Bad Friedrichshall .
