Hinrich Feddersen

Hinrich Feddersen (born November 28, 1944 in Böhlitz-Ehrenberg ) is a German trade unionist .

He was a member of the executive board of the trade union for trade, banks and insurance (HBV) since 2000 and was a member of the ver.di federal board from the founding congress of the United Services Union (ver.di) until the end of 2004. He was the federal department head of the financial services department - department 1 and in this function headed the federal collective bargaining negotiations for the insurance, banking and Postbank departments .

Hinrich Feddersen is a deputy to the Hamburg Authority for Economics, Transport and Innovation .

Life

After school and training as an industrial clerk in Hamburg from 1951 to 1965, community service until 1967. Then until 1972 studied social work / education (Asta chairman). He was heavily involved in the peace movement.

Union functions

From 1972 to 1978 Feddersen was regional youth secretary of the DGB regional district Nordmark / Hamburg and from 1978 to 1988 he was the support secretary in the HBV local administration in Hamburg, responsible for the areas of insurers and substitute funds . From 1988 he was managing director of the HBV local administration in Hamburg. In 1997 he was elected HBV regional manager north for Schleswig-Holstein , Hamburg and North Lower Saxony and was responsible for collective bargaining in retail , book trade and wholesale in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein during this time . In 1984 he was appointed labor judge, 1989–2000 regional labor judge. He has temporarily represented employee interests on the following supervisory boards : Deutscher Ring / Basler Versicherung (1984–2005), Albingia Insurance Company , Hamburgische Landesbank , ERGO-Vers. Group , Allianz AG .

At the 2003 Federal Congress in Berlin , he was re-elected with 91.8 percent of the vote.

Hinrich Feddersen is married (2 children). He has been a member of Die Linke since July 1, 2007 .

He is a grandson from the first marriage of the painter Carl Christian Feddersen
