The Hiunchuli (also Hiun Chuli ; Nepali : हिउँचुली) is a mountain in the Himalayas in Nepal .

The Hiunchuli has a height of 6441  m and is located in the Annapurna Himal massif east of Annapurna South ( 7219  m ). Opposite it on the eastern side of the narrow Modi Khola river valley rises the Machapucharé ( 6997  m ). The Hiunchuli is considered to be a more difficult trekking peak .

The mountain was first climbed on October 10, 1971 by members of the US Peace Corps (Craig Anderson, Peter Cross, Lane Smith, James Richards and John Skow). The ascent route led over the east wall.
