Hnidyn ( Ukrainian Гнідин , Russian Гнедин Gnedin ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast of Kiev with about 2300 inhabitants (2001).
The village, founded in 1545, is located in the Boryspil district, 5 km southeast of the city limits of Kiev and about 15 km west of the Boryspil district center . The Dnieper flows 5 km west of the village.
