Hoch Zwei ( proper spelling HOCH ZWEI ) is the name of a high-rise office building in Vienna's second district . The 80 meter high building was completed in 2008. The oil and gas group OMV has been using the high-rise as group headquarters since 2009 and is the main tenant.

As early as 2004, a design competition was held among nine teams of architects. This went to henke and schreieck architects , who developed the building. The floor area is around 27,000 m².

Infrastructure

The skyscraper, located between the Prater and the exhibition grounds , has offices and is connected to the city's public transport by the Vienna underground line U2 . A parking garage is located below the building area.

Hoch Zwei is located in a park with around 5,000 m² of water on a 40,000 m² office park called " Viertel Zwei ".
