Hochbronn is a hamlet in the municipality of Bühlerzell in the Schwäbisch Hall district in northeastern Baden-Württemberg . The place consists of five properties with just under a dozen house numbers.

Geographical location

Hochbronn is located in a clearing on the right on the slope to the Wernersberg above the Uhlbach flowing here west-south-west to the Bühler . This is the border of the village Bühlerzell whose eponymous main town in a straight line about four kilometers north-west of, the community Adelmannsfelden in Ostalbkreis . A district road (K 3242 in the neighboring district, K 2629 in its own) leads from the direction of Adelmannsfelden via the hamlet of Haid through Hochbronn to the hamlet of Schönbronn; on it and other roads you get to Bühlerzell after about 6.5 km.

history

The hamlet could have been laid out at the end of the 18th century, because at the beginning of the 19th century it was named as a “colony of 5 newly built houses on meadows” with 5 citizens and residents, a total of 30 souls. Until 1812 it belonged to the neighboring municipality of Adelmannsfelden, making it the youngest district of Bühlerzell. In 1886 a population of 37 is mentioned.
