Wedding Strudel and Zwetschgenglück is a German TV film from 2020 with Fanny Krausz in the leading role.

Hanna ( Fanny Krausz ) unexpectedly inherits half of her grandmother Berta's ( Doris Buchrucker's ) farm stake in Lower Bavaria. But the conditions in the will are difficult to meet and bring the young woman from Munich back to her former home for four weeks. During this time she has to manage the farm together with her cousin Max ( Daniel Gawlowski ). She also has to sleep there every night, otherwise the entire inheritance goes to the church. The conditions are strictly monitored by Pastor Brenner ( Heio von Stetten ). Hanna now not only has to do justice to the work at court, but also fulfill her obligations in Munich. There she is just about to enter Alex ( Matthias Gärtner's ) coffee bar , with whom she is not only connected professionally. A balancing act between country and city that pushes them to their limits, but also awakens old longings. But only when an old family secret comes to light can Hanna find her true happiness.

The novel of the same name by Angelika Schwarzhuber , published by blanvalet in 2013, served as a template for the film . The film was shot in summer 2019 in Lower Bavaria and Munich.
