The Hochzellberg ( 1208 m ) is a mountain in the Bavarian Forest northeast of the Bodenmais market and is located in the Bavarian Forest Nature Park . Its summit is not forested, recovered storm and bark beetle damage has deforested its north and north-east slopes.
The next neighboring mountains are north of the Große Arber ( 1456 m ) and the Kleine Arber ( 1384 m ) and south of the Silberberg ( 955 m ).
