The Hoerner Bank AG is a 1849 founded German private bank based in Heilbronn ( Baden-Württemberg ). In addition to asset management and private banking , she specializes in handling international estate matters. In 2020, WirtschaftsWoche recognized the bank as one of the best asset managers in Germany for the second time in a row.

history

Founded in 1849 as an agency for emigrants to America, in 1903 it became the American banking company Eugen Hoerner & Carl Laiblin , which later became the Eugen Hoerner GmbH specialty banking company for the collection of inheritances in America and was entered in the commercial register in 1934. In 1996 the bank changed its legal form from a GmbH to a stock corporation .

The existing full banking license has been used more intensively since 1996 and investment and asset advice as well as asset management are offered. Various subsidiaries were founded for this purpose in the same year.
