Hof is a village and as Zlapp and Hof a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Heiligenblut am Großglockner in the Spittal an der Drau district in Carinthia .
The villages of Hof, Zlapp and the well-known village of Heiligenblut are in the cadastral community .
Settlement development
At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 322 building areas with 62,639 m² and 22 gardens on 7,469 m² in the cadastral community of Zlapp and Hof , in 1989/1990 there were 319 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 530 and in 2009/2010 there were 540 buildings on 784 building areas.
Land use
The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture and forestry. 336 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 373 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 1,795 hectares and 373 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 234 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 862 hectares. The average soil climate number of Zlapp and Hof is 12.4 (as of 2010).
