Højrup Sogn is a Danish parish ( Danish : Sogn ) in North Schleswig . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Hividing Herred in what was then Tønder Amt , then to Gram Kommune in what was then Sønderjyllands Amt , which was merged into the "new" Haderslev Kommune in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the local government reform .

The community had 789 inhabitants on January 1, 2020. An uninhabited part of the municipality is in Tønder municipality .
