Historical plaque at the Holl house

The Holl-Haus is a mountain inn at 1621  m above sea level on the Tauplitzalm in the Dead Mountains . It was built in 1924/1925 by Theodor Karl Holl and a private cooperative. In 1926 the hut was taken over by the Austria Section . The Holl house has been privately owned since 2008 and is run as a contract house of the PES .
