Holly Takos (born December 12, 1995 in Ashford ) is an Australian cyclist.

Athletic career

In 2014, Holly Takos started at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow as a pilot for the visually impaired athlete Felicity Johnson . The duo took fourth place in both the 1000-meter time trial and the sprint .

In the 2016/17 season Takos made her debut at the Track Cycling World Cup and competed in the races in Glasgow and Apeldoorn . In Glasgow she finished fourth in the team sprint and fifth in the sprint together with Courtney Field . At the Oceania Championships 2017 she won the gold medal in the Keirin .

Takos trained at the South Australian Sports Institute in Adelaide .

Private

Holly Takos studied law at Flinders University in Adelaide.
