The Holzbach is a 6 km long orographically left tributary of the Soppenbach in the municipality of Langenenslingen in Baden-Württemberg , Germany .

The Holzbach rises about one kilometer southwest of Wilflingen at an altitude of 576  m above sea level. NN . From here the stream flows mainly in northeastern directions. The stream flows past Wilflingen in the east, Langenenslingen in the south and south-east and Andelfingen on the south-western outskirts and flows at 550  m above sea level. NN left in the Soppenbach .

The Holzbach overcomes a height difference of about 26 m on its 6.9 km long path, which corresponds to an average bed gradient of 4.4 ‰. It drains its catchment area via Soppenbach, Biberbach , Danube to the Black Sea .
