The Holzmatt ( Ruisseau le Holzmatt ) is a right tributary of the Bieberbach (in the lower reaches of Halbmuhlbach ), which in turn drains into the Sauer , in the Bas-Rhin department in the Grand Est region .

The Ruisseau le Holzmatt rises at an altitude of about 219  m in the Northern Vosges in a wooded area in the coppice southwest of Wœrth . It first flows in a southerly direction about 300 m through the forest and is then fed by a forest stream on its right side. The Ruisseau le Holzmatt now turns to the east, crosses under the D27 and finally flows into the Bieberbach southwest of Oberdorf-Spachbach at an altitude of about 163  m from the right .
