The Honegg is a mountain range from the village of Schwarzenegg, municipality of Oberlangenegg , to the village of Schangnau in the municipality of Schangnau . It stretches for around 12 km from the southwest towards the northeast. The highest point is at 1548  m above sea level. M.

One of the largest contiguous forests in the canton of Bern is located on the north-western side of the Honegg . The municipality of Eriz and Schangnau is on the south side . Up to around 1200  m above sea level M. are here for the most part year-round farms. Higher pastures are used as summer pastures.
