Horst Kintscher

Horst Kintscher (* 1924 or 1925 ; † August 16, 1990 in Berlin ) was a radio presenter , radio play director and head of the entertainment department at RIAS Berlin .

Career

Horst Kintscher was one of the first men at RIAS. He was a radio presenter and close collaborator of Hans Rosenthal ; as early as 1954 he was the 'dwarf omniscient' in every episode of Rosenthal's guessing game who asks, wins . He was also the producer and / or director of many Rosenthal programs. He later succeeded Rosenthal as head of the entertainment department and remained so until his retirement in 1986. He also worked on Rosenthal's television programs such as Die Rückblende and Dalli Dalli .

His long-term series of programs, RIAS-Kaffeetafel , which he put together and directed, were popular, and Kutte knows his way around , which he moderated by roaming through Berlin with the renowned local researcher Kurt Pomplun .

Death and family

Horst Kintscher died after a short illness in the Auguste Viktoria Hospital ; he left behind his wife, four children and five grandchildren.
