Horst Siewert

Horst Helmut Siewert (* 1948 in Ludwigsburg ) is a German psychologist and specialist and non-fiction book author in the field of personnel acquisition .

Siewert is the son of parents of German descent from Bessarabia . After training as a teacher in Ludwigsburg and Schwäbisch Gmünd and as a psychologist in Tübingen , he completed further studies as an economist at the University of Hagen . His doctorate in Tübingen in 1982 with Professors Dirk Revenstorf and H. Mandl was rated as one of the best of his year.

Siewert spent several years in Bolivia , France , Chad and Jordan , where he was involved in professional and industrial development aid projects .

He was also a member of the Association of German Writers (VS) from 1984 to 1997 and joined the Free German Association of Authors (FDA). Today he works as a consultant and non-fiction author and writes, among other things, erotic literature and relationship dramas. Since 2014 he has been chairman of the FDA in the Baden-Württemberg state association. Siewert tries above all to train the next generation and youngsters.

The focus of his publications is didactic literature, especially with the publication of several teaching units in the field of technology and traffic education . The principle of the hourly units he developed for technical and scientific education with process planning and worksheets for independent work (EVA) and problem-solving steps was also used by other authors.

He has been a member of the FDA since 2010 and publishes books on sexuality, integration and Asia. Siewert is still working as a developer of tests for the areas of personality, intelligence, sexuality, relationship and talent psychology.
