The Howard Glacier is a small glacier immediately west of the Crescent Glacier in the Kukri Hills in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It flows north into the Taylor Valley .

The American glaciologist Troy L. Péwé (1918-1999) from Arizona State University examined the glacier in December 1957. He named it after Arthur D. Howard (1906-1986), geomorphologist from Stanford University and glaciologist in Antarctica with the Operation Highjump (1946-1947).
