The Hoyaer Emte is a river in the municipality of Grafschaft Hoya in the district of Nienburg / Weser in Lower Saxony .

The stream has its source in the small town of Hoya north of the street "An der Wäter" east of the school center / high school. From there it flows in a northerly direction east past Mehringen and Ubbendorf and crosses the Hilgermisser Kolk east of the core town of Hilgermissen from south to north . It then flows into the Weser southeast of Magelsen .
