Hubert Laschitza

Hubert Laschitza (born December 2, 1926 in Kreuzburg , Upper Silesia, † February 15, 2008 in Heidelberg ) was a German lawyer and local politician ( CDU ).

Career

Laschitza was born in Upper Silesia and came to Heidelberg in 1946 after the Second World War. There he studied law. After legal clerkship, state examination and doctorate in 1955, he worked as a research assistant at the Federal Constitutional Court , and later as an assistant at the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Justice . In 1971 he took over the management of the Heidelberg Regional Court . In 1991 he retired.

He turned to local politics and joined the Heidelberg municipal council in 1994 for the CDU, of which he was a member until 2004. From 1995 to 2002 he was parliamentary group leader of the CDU municipal council group in Heidelberg.
