Hugh Pritchard (born March 1, 1968 in Whitstable ) is a former British biathlete .

Hugh Pritchard contested his first international race in 2001 in Ridnaun as part of the European Biathlon Cup . Only a little later he made his debut in Salt Lake City in a sprint in the Biathlon World Cup and was 85. This was followed in the further course of the season and in the following season 2001/02 regular appearances in the Biathlon World Cup, in which the Briton was mostly in last third placed. The high point of his career was participation in the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. In the competitions held on the tracks in Soldier Hollow , Pritchard came to the side of Jason Sklenar , Mark Gee and Mike Dixon as the final runner of the relay and was 19 with this. At the post-Olympic World Cup in Östersund he came in 66th and thus achieved his best Result in the world cup. After the season he ended his international career.
