The Huiparam , written in English Hwiparam , is a range of passenger cars from the North Korean automobile brand Pyeonghwa and has existed since 2002 when it was launched as a single model. Two years later, Pyeonghwa brought a slightly higher quality model into the model range.

The Huiparam is a notchback sedan of the middle class and run by the North Korean Pyeonghwa Motors in Fiat - license produced.
Production at Pyeonghwa started in 2002 with the Huiparam. As the first modern North Korean passenger car and as a sister model of the globally successful Fiat models Palio and Siena , the company promised high domestic sales and set the annual production of the model at 10,000 units. But sales are bad and sales are falling, although Pyeonghwa also sells its cars in South Korea and Vietnam. Domestic sales of the Huiparam units are currently just 30 percent. Fiat is taking advantage of this situation and has also had the body modified since 2006 as a CKD kit under the names Nanjing-Fiat Perla , Nanjing-Fiat Siena and Fiat Petra by Pyeonghwa, which are then manufactured in Nanjing and Yuelin for the Chinese market to be assembled.
The Pyeonghwa Huiparam uses 4-cylinder diesel engines with an output of 68 (8V) or 89 kW (16V) and a displacement of 1580 cm³.

The Huiparam II appeared on the North Korean market in 2007 as a sister model of the Chinese Brilliance BS4 . The model was initially planned as a successor to the previous model. Due to its size, the decision was made to initially assemble the model only as a CKD kit and to have it maneuvered parallel to the Huiparam. The Huiparam II was only offered in North Korea. In January 2008, Pyeonghwa started production of the identical model under the name Junma , derived from a concept vehicle . This was also offered in Vietnam and South Korea. But due to the unsuccessfulness, the Junma was discontinued in June of the following and replaced by the old CKD kit, also under the old name Huiparam II.
The Huiparam II uses gasoline engines with a displacement of 1843 cm³, which come from Brilliance and produce 100 or 125 kW.
