The Humbert River is a river in the northwest of the Australian Territory of Northern Territory . Often it has little or no water in the dry season .

geography

River course

The river emerges from Horse Creek in the center of Gregory National Park . It flows to the east and reaches the settlement Humbert River on the eastern edge of the national park . About ten kilometers east, halfway to the Aboriginal settlement of Yarralin , the Humbert River flows into the Wickham River .
