Humberto Adolfo Valdés Neveu (born September 2, 1973 in Mexico City ) is a former Mexican soccer player who mainly played in defense or defensive midfield and after his active career began working as a soccer commentator for the Televisa media group .

Valdés was under contract from summer 1993 to winter 1997 at his "homeland club" Club Deportivo Social y Cultural Cruz Azul , with whom he won the CONCACAF Champions' Cup in 1996 and the 1997 championship title and cup competition .
