Hunchun
Hunchun ( Chinese 珲春市 , Pinyin Húnchūn Shì , Korean 훈춘시 Hunchun-Si ) is an independent city in the Yanbian Autonomous District of the Koreans, in northeast China . It is located in Jilin Province , near the border with North Korea and Russia . Hunchun has about 250,000 inhabitants (as of 2005) and an area of 5,145 km². In the large village Jingxin is a National Park , the Fangchuan National Park .
Administrative structure
At the community level, Hunchun is composed of four street districts, four large communities , three communities and two nationality communities. These are:
- Jinghe Street (靖 和 街道);
- Xin'an Street District (新安 街道);
- Street district Henan (河南 街道), 12 km², 44,108 inhabitants, seat of the city government;
- Road neighborhood Jinhai (近海街道), km² 7.4, 4,915 inhabitants;
- Greater community Chunhua (春化镇);
- Greater community Jingxin (敬信镇);
- Greater community Banshi (板石镇);
- Greater community Ying'an (英安镇), 25.63 square kilometers, 38,353 inhabitants;
- Community Machuanzi (马川子乡);
- Mijiang Township (密 江 乡), 404 km², 2,653 inhabitants;
- Community Hadamen (哈达门乡);
- Community Yangpao of Manju (杨泡满族乡);
- Sanjiazi parish of Manju (三家 子 满族 乡).

Attractions
The Baliancheng site (Baliancheng yizhi 八 连城 遗址) has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (5-31) since 2001 .
