Işıkvuran is a village ( Köy ) in the Ovacık district of the Turkish province of Tunceli . In 2011 there were 7 people living in Işıkvuran.
The original name of the village was Hars. This name is of Armenian origin and means "bride". Işıkvuran was sacked and evacuated in October 1994 years. According to the villagers, the perpetrators were the security forces. The arson took place during the fighting with the PKK . The village was later repopulated.
