ICC World Cricket League Division One 2010
The ICC World Cricket League Division One 2010 was the second edition of this one-day cricket competition and took place between July 1 and 10, 2010 in the Netherlands . The competition was part of the ICC World Cricket League 2009-14 . It also served as a qualifying tournament for the 2014 ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifiers in New Zealand . In the final, Ireland beat Scotland with six wickets.
Attendees
Participants were the best six Associate Members of the ICC with ODI status. Compared to the previous edition, Afghanistan was added instead of Bermuda due to the final result in the 2009 ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier .
format
In a group stage, each team played against each other. The winner of a game received two points, and a tie or no result received one point. The first two of the group contested the final.
