Ida Gerhardt Poetry Prize

The Ida Gerhardt Poesiepreis (Dutch: Ida Gerhardt Poëzieprijs ) is a Dutch literary prize that has been awarded every two years since 2000 by the city of Zutphen ( Gelderland province ).

The prize is named after the Dutch poet Ida Gerhardt (1905–1997) and was set up by the Zutphen municipal council in 1998 after the poet's literary estate was transferred to the city archive.

The Ida Gerhardt Poetry Prize is awarded to authors of a newly published volume of poetry. The prize money is 2,500 euros.
