Kees' t Hart

Kees' t Hart (born July 12, 1944 in The Hague ) is a Dutch writer and poet.

biography

Kees' t Hart lived on Curaçao from 1947 to 1953 , then in Egmont aan Zee for a year . From 1954 to 1968 he lived in Nijmegen . He studied Dutch studies at the University of Amsterdam and worked from 1974 to 1978 as a teacher for Dutch and modern literature in Leeuwarden and Groningen . From 1986 to 2002 he was at the site Leeuwarden lecturer and study companion at the Open University in the Netherlands (Open Universiteit Nederland, Heerlen ). In 1988 he made his debut as a writer with the story collection Vitrinen . In 2004 he moved to The Hague.

Kees' t Hart is married to visual artist Euf Lindeboom and has a son and a daughter. He writes novels, short stories, essays and poems.
