Idriz Hošić (born February 17, 1944 in Prijedor ) is a former Yugoslav football player . He is a citizen of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Career
From FK Partizan Belgrade , Hošić came to Germany in 1970 for 1. FC Kaiserslautern . Like the goalkeeper Bratislav Đorđević , who came from OFK Belgrade , he made his debut on the first match day of the 1970/71 round, on August 15, 1970, in the 3: 5 away defeat at Hertha BSC under coach Gyula Lóránt in the Bundesliga . He scored his first goal in the Bundesliga in the 30th minute of the game. In three years he scored 31 goals for the Palatinate. Above all, his headball strength stood out. In the 1973/74 season he played for MSV Duisburg .
For the national team of Yugoslavia , he played two games, one of which was at the European Championship in 1968 (0-2 against Italy ).
After his career in Germany, he returned to his homeland. Persecuted in Yugoslavia, he returned to Kaiserslautern in 1993 on the initiative of Jürgen Friedrich . There Hošić first coached the FCK Portuguese and then the A and B youth of 1. FC Kaiserslautern .
