If Anybody Falls ... is the first studio album by the German metal / hardcore band Fatal Error from the Rosenheim district and was released in January 2016.
Emergence
The album primarily contains songs from the band's earlier founding phase, most of which were written between 2013 and 2014. After a line-up change on the electric guitar in spring 2015, Fatal Error decided to professionally record and publish all of the song material that had been created up to that point. The recordings for If Anybody Falls… began in autumn 2015 in the Deep Deep Pressure recording studio in Braunau am Inn . In spring 2016 the album was released as part of a release tour with concerts in Germany and Austria . The album was also presented on the Newcomer Stage of the online radio station Metal Only . The album title is based on the request of the playing bands to the audience , often heard at metal and hardcore punk concerts, to help people who fall in the crowd in front of the stage together. With the sometimes violent dynamics in the mosh pit , the call is made to show the cohesion and mutual care that is usual for metal (culture) and to reduce the risk of accidents together.
