Ignacio "Nacho" Granell (born August 6, 1997 in Puigcerdà ) is a Spanish ice hockey player who has been under contract with CG Puigcerdà since 2012 and has been playing with the club since 2013 in the super league.

Career

Ignacio Granell began his career in his Catalan city of birth with the CG Puigcerdà . After initially playing in the club's junior teams, he has been used in the super league since 2013 .

International

For Spain, Granell took part in the junior division of the U18 World Championships in 2014 and 2015 as well as the U20 World Championships in 2016 and 2017 , when he was the top scorer of the tournament together with the Serbian Luka Vukičević , both in Division II.

Granell made his debut in the men's national team at the 2018 World Cup when he and his team were promoted from group B to group A in Division II.
