Ignaz Aumüller (* May 28, 1863 in Volkach ; † September 23, 1900 there ) was between 1894 and 1900 a member of the state parliament of the Center Party in the Chamber of Deputies in the Bavarian state parliament.

Ignaz Aumüller was born on May 28, 1863 in the Bavarian district office town of Volkach. He probably took over his parents' farm and became a farmer. In 1888, Aumüller acquired the so-called Brandshof in Volkach's old town, so that from then on he also appeared as the municipal estate manager. In Volkach he was elected to the city ​​council , the so-called community college, and soon rose to become its head. Ignaz Aumüller was a member of the Center Party and a Catholic.

In the constituency of Haßfurt / Ufr, Aumüller was finally elected to the 32nd Bavarian State Parliament of the Kingdom of Bavaria . He took up this office on March 1, 1894. Aumüller campaigned in the state parliament in particular for the complete abolition of the base pollution . He became part of an appropriate committee. At the same time, he was on the committee to discuss the applications for a reduction in the land interest burden . Aumüller was re-elected in the election for the 33rd Bavarian State Parliament in 1899.

The MP also campaigned for the economic development of his hometown. In the plenum of parliament on March 18, 1896, Aumüller spoke out in favor of the construction of a local railway Dettelbach - Schwarzenau - Volkach - Kolitzheim . He also campaigned for fruit growing and chose his region as a role model: “We farmers are rightly recommended to increase the rent for goods, fruit cultivation and many other specialty crops. Well, as far as fruit growing is concerned, I can say that it is very cultivated in our area. ”Ignaz Aumüller died unexpectedly on September 23, 1900, and Volkach's mayor Johann Schmitt was appointed as his successor in the state parliament .
