The Ileksa River ( Russian Илекса ) is the main inflow of the Lake Vodlozero -Sees in north-west Russia .
The 155 kilometer long river has its origins in Lake Kalgachinskoye in Arkhangelsk Oblast . The Ileksa flows south into the Republic of Karelia and flows into the Wodlosero there. The most important tributary is the Tschusreka from the left. The catchment area covers part of the Wodlosero National Park and is 3950 km².
