Imre Grimm
Imre Grimm (born May 8, 1973 in Hanover ) is a German journalist , columnist and author.
Life
Grimm did his Abitur at the Free Waldorf School Hannover-Bothfeld and studied German and history at the Leibniz University Hannover. In 1997 he volunteered at the Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung . From 1998 to 2013 he worked there as an editor and has headed the media department since 2005.
From 2013 he was responsible for media coverage of the Madsack media group at RedaktionsNetzwerk Deutschland . Since 2019 he has headed the Society department at RND and works as an author and columnist. His weekly column has appeared in the weekend supplement of the Hannoversche Allgemeine and more than 20 other newspapers since 1999.
In 2016 a jury from Medium Magazin selected him as one of the ten “Journalists of the Year” in the entertainment category. Grimm is a specialist juror for the Paul-Lincke-Ring in the city of Goslar . With Uwe Janssen he is on the road as a duo "Janssen & Grimm" with changing programs on cabaret and cabaret stages as well as a member of the satirical sextet "Salon Herbert Royal" in the "Georgspalast GOP" and in the Theater am Aegi in Hanover.
