Indra Baier-Müller

Indra Baier-Müller (* 1971 ) is a German local politician ( Free Voters ). Since May 1, 2020 she has been the district administrator of the Oberallgäu district .

Career

Baier-Müller completed a degree in management in social and health care at the University of Ravensburg-Weingarten with an MBA . She completed her studies in social pedagogy at the University of Bamberg with a diploma. In September 2013, Baier-Müller took over the management of Diakonie Kempten Allgäu eV. In the course of this activity she was also a member of the supervisory board of the BSG-Allgäu (Bau- und Siedlungsgenossenschaft eG) and deputy chairwoman of the Diaconal Council.

Political career

For the local elections in Bavaria 2020, Baier-Müller was nominated as the candidate of the free voters for the district administrator in Oberallgäu. The runoff election between Alfons Hörmann (CSU) and Indra Baier-Müller (Free Voters) fell in favor of Baier-Müller. She received 51.85 percent, Alfons Hörmann 48.15 percent of the valid votes.

Indra Baier-Müller is married, has a grown son and lives in Immenstadt.
