InfraServ GmbH & Co. Wiesbaden KG is an industrial park service provider and the site operator of the Kalle-Albert industrial park in Wiesbaden . It offers services in the areas of energy , logistics , environmental protection , security , waste disposal , IT service , education and consulting as well as facility management .
InfraServ Wiesbaden Technik GmbH & Co. KG and GES Systemhaus GmbH & Co. KG are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the InfraServ Wiesbaden Group.
The company employs a little more than 400 people and over 20 trainees. The entire group has around 1000 employees and has a turnover of 140 million euros.
history
The company was created in 1997 through the spin-off of parts of the company from Hoechst AG in what was then the Kalle-Albert plant . In the course of the merger of Hoechst and Rhone-Poulenc to form Aventis in 1999, Hoechst AG transferred its shares to Celanese AG.
Shareholders
The managing partner of InfraServ Wiesbaden is InfraServ Verwaltungs-GmbH in Frankfurt am Main , a subsidiary of Celanese GmbH.
