Inga Landgré
Inga Linnéa Landgré (born August 6, 1927 in Stockholm ) is a Swedish actress who is best known for her leading role in the film drama Kris and her subsequent collaboration with Ingmar Bergman .
Life
Inga Landgré trained as an actor on Calle Flygare Teaterskola before making her debut as an actress at the Blancheteatern in Stockholm in 1943. In the same year she played her first film role in Ordet on the side of Victor Sjöström .
In 1946, Landgré played perhaps her best-known role as Nelly in Ingmar Bergman's drama Kris . In the following years she was regularly seen in Swedish productions, including with Frauenträume , The Seventh Seal and Near Life in three other films by Ingmar Bergman. In addition, she played in several theater productions in Stockholm and, in addition to roles in several dozen film productions, had guest appearances in television series such as Irene Huss, Kripo Göteborg .
Landgré is still active as an actress even in old age. For example, in 2013 she was seen as a pensioner Greta, cared for by a care robot, in three episodes of the television series Real Humans . One of her best-known age roles is that of Gunn-Britt in the 2015 comedy A Beautiful Present . In 2013, Landgré was also one of the hosts of the annual summer radio show Sommar i P1 , in which selected Swedish celebrities create their own radio program.
Inga Landgré was married twice: from 1949 to 1959 with the actor Nils Poppe , then from 1982 until his death in 2006 with Roger Björnstjerna. In 2011 she was awarded the Guldbagge Prize for her life's work as an actress.
