Inge Segall

Ingeborg "Inge" Segall (born February 25, 1930 in Hildesheim as Ingeborg Nippert ; † August 21, 2020 in Hamburg ) was a German politician of the FDP .

Life

Segall had a PhD in economics. She joined the FDP in 1970 and was a member of the Main-Taunus district board from 1973 to 1977 and Rheingau-Taunus since 1977. From 1973 to 1977 she was an assessor in the state executive committee of the Hessian FDP.

On December 13, 1984, she replaced Richard Wurbs who had left the German Bundestag, and in 1987 she was re-elected to the 11th German Bundestag via the Hesse state list . From 1984 to 1990 she was a member of the German Bundestag and a member of the Committee on Youth, Family and Health (1983–1987) as well as a member of the Petitions Committee (1983–1987) and a member of the Committee on the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (1987–1990 ).
