Ingeborg Knipper
Ingeborg Knipper (born August 31, 1932 in Leverkusen ) is a Hamburg CDU politician and former member of the Hamburg Parliament .
Life
Ingeborg Knipper is a trained secondary school teacher for German and music . From 1969 to 1997 she worked as a seminar leader in teacher training for elementary and secondary school teachers. In addition to her job, she was politically active. She is unmarried and has no children.

She has been a member of the CDU since 1961 and was a member of the Hamburg-Eimsbüttel district assembly for eight years .
From June 1982 to 1997 she was a member of the Hamburg Parliament. Her political priorities there were educational policy , especially schools and universities . In later years budget policy also became a field of activity for the politician.
From 2002 to 2003 she was the head of the Office for Schools (since 2003 Office for Education) in what was then the Hamburg Authority for Education and Sport (BBS).
