Ingolstadt Südwest is a district of Ingolstadt , which includes the districts of Haunwöhr and Hundszell .

Extension and location

The southwest district has an area of ​​6,457 square kilometers, making it the seventh largest of the twelve Ingolstadt districts . It is bordered in the east by Gemmingerstr./Gustav-Adolf-Str., In the north by the Danube and in the west by the alluvial forests of the Danube. The neighboring districts are the Süd district in the south, the Münchener Straße district in the east and the Mitte district in the north across the Danube . There is no border with non-Ingolstadt area. The district consists of the sub-districts Am Südfriedhof , Neu-Haunwöhr , Hundszell , Buschletten and Alt-Haunwöhr .
