Müllerbadsiedlung

The Müllerbadsiedlung is a residential area in the northeast of the Upper Bavarian city of Ingolstadt . It lies between the route of the disused Ingolstadt – Riedenburg railway in the west and the route of the works railway to the refinery in the south. The settlement forms the sub-district 83 in the city district VIII Oberhaunstadt . Its area is 54.1 hectares, the population is 1537 (as of December 31, 2017).

history

Construction of the settlement began in 1960 on the open area between the villages of Oberhaunstadt and Unterhaunstadt . There was a small inn with a pond, which was named "Müllerbad" after the house owners.
