Gaimersheimer Heide is one of three sub-districts in the Friedrichshofen-Hollerstauden district of Ingolstadt , along with the Hollerstauden and Friedrichshofen sub- districts . In the north it borders on Gaimersheim . Most of the subdistrict is used for agriculture . In the south is the Am Westpark industrial park . The shopping center of the same name is also located there. To the west of it is a residential area that has been under construction since 2006 .
