Ingrid Puganigg , b. Kapeller (* 1947 in Stockenboi , Carinthia ) is an Austrian writer .

Ingrid Puganigg moved with her parents and sister to Höchst in Vorarlberg in 1962 .

She currently lives as a freelance writer near Hanover .

Ingrid Puganigg is a member of the Graz Authors ' Assembly and the Vorarlberg Authors' Association.

She has two daughters and is married to the psychoanalyst Hans-Joachim Metzger for the second time.
