Inkosi Langalibalele ( Inkosi Langalibalele Local Municipality ) is a municipality founded in 2016 in the South African province of KwaZulu-Natal . It belongs to the Uthukela district and originated from the communities of Imbabazane and Umtshezi .

The administrative seat of the municipality is Estcourt . In 2011, 196,226 people lived in the area in an area of ​​3399 square kilometers.
