Tennstedt inspection

The Tennstedt inspection was a clerical authority in the Electorate of Saxony , which existed in the 17th and 18th centuries, was abolished in 1746/57 together with the Pforta inspection and was ultimately placed under the superintendent of Langensalza .

      • Lazerattkirche to the Holy Spirit
      • no branch church, Wenigentennstedt used to be a branch. During the Thirty Years War, the residents moved to Tennstedt and the houses were gradually demolished. The last pastor there was Andreas Toppius. After his death the church fell into disrepair, of which only the outer walls were left in 1716.
