Inzkofen is a village in the municipality of Wang in Upper Bavaria .
history
Inzkofen, as well as the neighboring Schweinersdorf and Hagsdorf, became independent political communities in the course of the administrative reforms in Bavaria in 1818. On April 1, 1971, the Schweinersdorf community was dissolved. The parts of the municipality Schweinersdorf, Hagsdorf (1935 to Schweinersdorf) and Schlag came to the municipality of Inzkofen. Inzkofen has been part of the Wang community since May 1, 1978.
Attractions
The Catholic branch church St. Jakobus the Elder in Inzkofen is a Romanesque hall building with a strongly recessed polygonal choir and neo-Gothic roof turret, in Baroque style.
