Ioanna Filippidou

Ioanna Filippidou ( Greek Ιωάννα Φιλιππίδου , * 1953 in Alexandroupoli ( Northern Greece ); † 1999 ) was a Greek sculptor .

Life

After studying sculpture from 1972 to 1979 at the Athens School of Fine Arts , she received a Greek state scholarship for Carrara ( Italy ) from 1980 to 1983 and a European scholarship for the art school in Oslo ( Norway ) for 1986/87 .

Ioanna Filippidou has taken part in numerous group exhibitions in Greece, Italy , France , Denmark , Germany and Switzerland since 1976 and has taken part in several sculpture symposia in Italy and Norway since 1983 .
